Le Tremplin – 166 Taille de Mas du Pleney – This iconic apres ski destination is a Morzine must! The hotel itself has stood at the foot of the Pleney pistes for 80 years and has a great apres atmosphere with a huge outdoor terrace, outside bar, bands and dj’s! Head here before heading back to the chalet for your evening meal!
The Dixie Bar – 18 Rue du Bourg – Dixie Bar is a Morzine institution! This Irish bar hosts live music from the Dixie mix and is also the place to go to take in any important fixtures on the sports calendar!
La Folie Douce -560 A Route de l’alpage – Need we say more! La Folie Douce is coming to Avoriaz for winter 18/19! If you have ever visited one of their other venues you will know that La Folie Douce wrote the rule book when it comes to Apres ski! We look forward to enjoying a tipple here this coming season, but don’t get carried away dancing on the tables and forget to get the lift back down to Morzine!
Beanies Bar & Cafe -116 Rue Du Bourg – Beanies Bar and Cafe has the usual tasty menu when it comes to hot drinks but also specialise in cocktails for an extra special apres experience! You won’t go hungry in Beanies as they also offer a pizza menu and sharing platters and beer and wine for the less adventurous! With live music a feature in the winter it is worth having a look on their facebook page and planning a visit!
Bar Robinson (Robbos) -62 rue du Bourg – Another iconic Morzine apres bar and also one of the oldest, first opening in 1926. Once only open for a few hours in the afternoon to cater to the apres crowd you can now sup it’s signature beer, Mutzig from 8am to 8pm but at 7% a pop we wouldn’t advise it! The bar is mostly unchanged since Monsieur Robinson ran it himself and it’s certainly worth a visit. Brush up on the history of this quirky French bar here.
