La Ferme d’Elise Restaurant – a different dining experience

We are pleased to announce the second of our summer restaurant menus served at the beautiful La Ferme d’Elise in the Vallee de la Manche, offering a fine dining 4/5 course set menu for just 35 euros per person on July 7th and 8th 2017.

The restaurant enjoyed a successful opening weekend at the end of June serving an inspired menu bringing in favourable reviews:

La Ferme d’Elise offers the perfect surroundings to enjoy an evening of classic French cuisine. You are welcome to arrive before dinner and enjoy an aperitif on the balcony to take in the stunning mountain views of Nyon or down the valley towards Lac Leman. If the evening is chilly, relax on the sofa or by the bar and soak in the ambience of the chalets beautiful design.

La Ferme d’Elise – Freedom Ski

Chef, Matt takes his inspiration from the surrounding area which is evident in his culinary creations. Pine infused ice cream and Genepi cured trout are just some of his inspired dishes utilising seasonal French produce to create a unique menu.  Every service will include produce from the local dairy, trout farm in the Ardoisiere Valley or the weekly market meaning La Ferme d’Elise can offer an exciting dining experience.

We will be welcoming diners again this Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of July with the following mouth watering menu offering 4 courses for 35 euros:

Evening Menu Friday July 7th – Saturday July 8th 07


Grilled corn, tomato butter & pain de campagne

Salad of summer peas, radish and parmesan

Pan roasted chicken, sweet corn puree, spinach, buttered carrots, new potatoes, madeira jus

Glazed lemon tart, goat’s milk ice cream, raspberries.

Booking is essential as tables are limited with both sociable and private dining available.  Whilst there is one sitting we are happy to be flexible and will take a reservation anytime between 7pm and 9pm and we are also available for bespoke and exclusive use reservations. There is a fully stocked, licensed bar available throughout the evening and complimentary shuttles to Morzine are available for groups of 4 or more on a pre-booked basis.
