All our chefs are classically trained, normally from Michelin starred restaurants, and have a passion and dedication for food and service. We work closely with our chefs and talented staff to ensure the menu served in our chalets offers only the most delectable courses delivered with flare and expertise to our discerning guests.
We use only the highest quality ingredients meticulously prepared to create delicious meals for the duration of your stay and can happily cater to your dietary requirements creating dishes that suit your own particular needs to ensure your dining experience is always one to remember.
Throughout your stay you will enjoy a breakfast from our extensive menu, scrumptious afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks and appetisers followed by a 4 course dinner served with wines selected by our own Sommelier on 5 nights of your stay. Two evenings will be spent enjoying the local cuisine from some of the finest restaurants Morzine has to offer which we will be happy to recommend and book for you.

A select choice of fine french wines
Together with our own Sommelier we select a range of French wines chosen to compliment your dining experience. Each evening you will served a different complimentary wine. Alternatively you may prefer to use our bespoke service and order in your own personal favourite, the choice is yours and we are happy to oblige.
