Our fabulous partners, Mountain Rehab, have developed these 10 key stretches to help aid your post-ski recovery. Designed to be completed whilst your muscles are still warm from a hard day of skiing, these exercises will help to ensure you wake up feeling energised and ready for another day on the slopes, rather than stiff and aching.

Now there are absolutely no excuses, as all of these exercises can be done either at the bar with a cold drink in hand as you enjoy the lively après-ski atmosphere Morzine has to offer or whilst you cosy down in one of our luxury ski chalets for a delicious afternoon tea.
