How to book
If you would like to holiday with Freedom Ski please call Sharon on 00 33 615 736 099 or email email@example.com to discuss your specific requirements.
Reserving your holiday
To make a preliminary booking simply call or email Sharon, we will hold you a room/rooms in a chalet for a period up to 24hrs. If you do not confirm your booking within this period we will take it you do not wish to pursue a booking and the room/rooms will be made available. Please note quotes are only valid for 7 days.
Confirming you holiday
After having read and agreed to our booking conditions set out in this document to secure a booking please complete the electronic Booking Form and organise payment of the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost by either bank transfer or card , we accept visa or mastercard.

We will email you confirmation of your holiday booking once the booking process has been completed, the funds are cleared and we have accepted the Booking Form.
Booking Terms & Conditions
The following conditions together with the general information contained in our website form the basis of the contract between you (the client) and us (Freedom Ski). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
All bookings must be made on our booking form and signed by the party leader who must be over 18 years of age and have the capacity and authority to make the booking on behalf of himself and all members of the party. For a group booking the party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us and guarantees payment of the full cost of the holiday for all those people mentioned on the booking form and others whom he may add later. Once we have received your booking form and all appropriate payments in cleared funds we will confirm your holiday by issuing confirmation in writing. A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch confirmation of your booking.
The prices published on our website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices before your booking is accepted. Your confirmation price at the time your booking is accepted is guaranteed and will not be subject to change. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time.
A deposit of 25% is to be paid at the time of booking, this is non refundable. Please note a 2% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions to cover our incurred costs. Should there be an issue with your booking form such as availability we will not process your booking until we have contacted you and tried to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we will return your deposit.
The balance of the holiday is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. If the balance is not received by this time, Freedom Ski reserves the right to cancel your holiday and retain the deposit. For bookings made less than 10 weeks from the arrival date the full amount of the holiday will be payable. If we do not receive all payments by the date specified we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Amendments by you
If you wish to make amendments to your booking after the contract is formed we will do our best to accommodate this but accept no responsibility if the amendments requested cannot be met.
Amendments will only be made to a confirmed booking if agreed to in writing by Freedom Ski. We accept no responsibility for non- receipt of notification of requested amendments by you
For chalet bookings made on an ‘exclusive use’ basis irrespective of group numbers changing you are still liable for the full chalet rental cost as laid out on the booking form.
The number of persons on a booking is agreed at the time of booking and cannot be amended without written agreement from us.
If you have booked part of a chalet and wish to reduce the size of your group, Freedom Ski will agree with the following conditions-
- The initial non-refundable deposit for the group booking will be retained irrespective of group number changes.
- If the number in your group goes down so a room has an empty bed a 50% single room supplement will be levied on that room.
- If notification of a change is received and confirmed in writing 10 weeks before the holiday start date you will only be liable for the balance on the reduced number of your group.
- If notification is received in writing less than 10 weeks before the holiday start date you will be liable for the full balance as the original booking.
Cancellation by you
You or any member of your party may cancel your holiday at any time providing the cancellation is made in writing by the person who signed the booking form. We accept no responsibility for the non-receipt of cancellation from you
The balance of the holiday is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. If the balance is not received by this time, Freedom Ski reserves the right to cancel your holiday and retain the deposit.
If the holiday is cancelled by the client and when notification is received in writing by Freedom Ski the following charges will be levied:
- More than 10 weeks before the day of the holiday commencing the deposit will be retained.
- Less than 10 weeks before the day of the holiday commencing the total holiday price will still be due and/or retained.
Amendments by Freedom Ski
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to website information before and after bookings are confirmed. We will advise of significant alterations to your booking at the earliest possible date. You may accept the alteration or reserve the right to cancel your holiday and receive a full refund. We will pay no compensation
Cancellation by Freedom Ski
In the very unlikely event Freedom Ski is forced to cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund. We accept no liability and will pay no compensation if we are forced to cancel your holiday.
We ask you to respect our guests, staff and neighbours and to behave in a manner which is neither offensive nor insulting. If this clause is breached Freedom Ski has the right to terminate the contract with you with immediate effect and demand immediate vacation of the chalet. We ask you to respect the accommodation and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Freedom Ski is entitled to recover the cost for any damage or loss caused by your acts or omissions.
The chalet is available after 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
We ask you respect the opening hours of the spa for health and safety reasons and to prevent damage to our facilities.
The chalet is non-smoking.
In Resort Services
When requested, Freedom Ski will make purchases on your behalf both before and during your holiday. To enable us to do so credit card details will be held as guarantee. Please note any purchases must be settled in full prior to your departure from the chalet. For all credit card transactions a 1% surcharge will apply.
Participation in winter sports is at the individuals own risk and it is your own responsibility to obtain the relevant insurance.
All breakages and damages must be reported immediately by the client and paid for.
Full credit card details will be required on arrival for each individual booking. The credit card will be used to cover any damage costs arising by your actions or inactions during your stay. The credit card details will be destroyed within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday providing no damages to the property are discovered. For all credit card transactions a 1% surcharge will apply.
Children in the chalet
For individual bookings in a shared chalet, children under the age of 12 are required to have high tea. Parents are requested to have consideration for other guests and provide supervision of their children.
If you have any complaint during your holiday you must inform us immediately in order to allow Freedom Ski an opportunity to rectify the cause for complaint. If you do not inform us we will have been deprived the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint and this may affect your rights under the contract.
Our insurance does not cover our client’s personal possessions or damage to our properties caused by the client. We strongly recommend you take out adequate insurance prior to your holiday.
Services provided by third parties
We do not accept any liability arising from bookings for additional services provided by third parties, including (but not limited to) taxis, lift passes, ski lessons, excursions. Any bookings that Freedom Ski assist you with are subject to the terms and conditions written down by the service provider and you the client are responsible for satisfying yourself in advance as to the providers ability to deliver their services.
All descriptions given in the website are given in good faith on the information available to us and are believed to be correct. Our chalet is privately owned and does not have a tourist classification. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on our website. However content is subject to change and we shall notify you of any changes known to us prior to issuing a booking confirmation. We are not responsible for the content, policies or services of any sites linked to our site.
Package holiday regulations
We are not an ‘organiser’ as defined by the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (‘the package holiday regulations’) and do not accept liability under the Package Holiday Regulations or otherwise for the provision of services provided by third parties whether or not booked by us on behalf of any member of the chalet party.
Limitation of Liability
We accept responsibility for services we have contracted to provide you directly. Freedom Ski accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of customers, whether negligent or otherwise, and shall not be held liable for any claims made against its customers either by other customers of Freedom Ski or any other third party. Our liability (except in cases of death, injury or illness resulting from our negligence) is limited in accordance with any relevant international convention. We are to be regarded as having all benefit of any limitation of compensation contained in these or any other conventions.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract between us and any matters arising from it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
