skiing & boarding
Breakfast in
France, Lunch in Switzerland....
All our holidays include a minimum 2 days free hosting for skiers and boarders of red
run ability and above.
Sharon and I have been skiing this region for over 5 years and are keen to
share our knowledge of the area with all. Whether
you want to cruise the endless blues and reds of Morzine/ Les Gets or
head off piste, back bowls and black bumps we are happy to show you
around one of the largest linked resorts in the world.
We can guide you to the quiet spots during the peak weeks, show you the
quick routes to best places and of course the ideal places to have a vin
chaud, beer or a fantastic lunch.
Both our chalets benefit from great locations, we are just a 2 minute drive from the
local Morzine slopes and the Pleney telecabine and Nyon cable car. The
navette bus to and from the slopes stops outside
both chalets. Your holiday also includes our minibus service, we will
personally take you to the slopes in the morning. At the ferme we
also offer a call out and collection service from 8.30 am until 11pm.
We have developed a close relationship with a local ski
hire company and can offer you 10% off their list price, guaranteed
quality and availability. Please book on line at
allmountainrental.com
to arrange delivery and fitting at the chalet.
We will gladly prearrange delivery of your ski passes so
they are ready for your arrival.
If you require ski lessons we can offer advice on all the
available options.
If you enjoy Val D'Isere, Meribel and St Anton then you will love
Morzine. A hidden gem offering tree line skiing and off piste opportunities
away from the crowds.
Portes du Soleil....

click here for information on the Portes du Soleil....
A great destination for
skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities, the international ski area is
the biggest in the world with 12 linked resorts straddling the border of France and Switzerland.
Morzine....
- Morzine village slopes are great for learners - wide
and flat with many snow guns to ensure conditions are always good
- Intermediates have the widest choice with 45% of runs graded red. You
can spend a week exploring Chamossiere, Nyon, Ranfolly, Pleney, Les Gets
and Mont Cherry
- Advanced skiers will love the unlimited off piste from the Pointe de Nyon and Chamossiere
to the north face of Mt Chery
Avoriaz....
- To explore the whole of the Portes du Soleil, access to the circuits is
from Avoriaz or Les Lindarets.
- Those who know their snow boarding will be aware Morzine has
excellent links to Avoriaz which is the hub of snowboarding in the
Portes du Soleil and one of the main centres in France. Avoriaz offers
excellent fun parks and half pipes
- Advanced skiers enjoy unlimited off piste opportunities, Valley de la Manche,
and the "Wall" an infamous mogul field into Switzerland.
