We are exceptionally proud of the levels of service and standard of food we deliver in our chalets and believe this really sets us apart from other winter holiday experiences. We take great care ensuring our staff are as passionate as we are when it comes to our guests and it’s with great pleasure we introduce to you our amazing Winter 2014/15 team!
Emily (Lead Chalet Host) – Emily is returning from last year when she was a Chalet Host at Chalet Le Crepet. She has spent the past two summers working on privately owned yachts as a Stewardess so is exceptional at making sure your holiday is everything you wished for!
Charlotte – (Chalet Host) Charlotte is new to join the Freedom Ski team this year and has completed her first summer season as a Stewardess on a high profile chartered luxury super yacht.
Maggie – (Chalet Host) Maggie is also new to join the Freedom Ski Team and we are excited to have her in the chalets. Maggie is from South Africa and has been working in luxury safari lodges for many years. We can’t wait to hear her stories!
Gabriella – (Chalet Host) to help fund her education Gabriella has worked in several hospitality roles including at the Boutique Dormy House Hotel & Spa, Broadway (The Cotswolds).
Ross – (Chalet Assistant/In resort driver) Ross will be joining Freedom Ski for the first time this winter and comes with vast experience from all over the world! He has spent many winter seasons in New Zealand as a lodge attendant and has spent the last 4 months on the yachts. He is an expert driver and we can’t wait to have him on board to get you safely to the pistes!
James – (Chalet Chef) – James will be joining us again after he completed a winter season with us as the Chalet Chef at La Ferme D’Elise last year. James has a plethora of experience after spending most of this time cooking in London where he worked in postitions at the former Gordon Ramsays at Claridges, Mark Hix Soho and Jason Atherton’s Pollen Street Social.
His cooking style is modern fusion using old and modern techniques such as, deconstruction, sous vide and molecular gastronomy. He takes inspiration from cooking techniques and flavours from all over the world such as Thailand, Japan, Spain’s el Bulli and modern London cuisine.
Becky (Chalet Assistant/Driver) – this will be her 5th winter season with Freedom Ski, she has a great understanding of Freedom Ski and our guests requirements and we and our returning guests very much look forward to spending the winter with Becky again!
